Full-time

At Netzet, we’re all about creativity, innovation, and big ambitions. Ever wondered what it’s like to spend $1 million a day on digital ads? We’re not there yet, but we’re well on our way.

Who we are

Right now, we’re scaling several of our brands across 50+ countries. What makes us different? We don’t just scale businesses—we build them from the ground up. We’ve mastered the art of growing brands quickly and consistently, and we’ve proven it time and time again.

Our biggest win so far? One of the brands we built was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed company. It’s just the beginning of what we’re capable of.

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the roadmap, features, and content strategy of a mobile-first interactive storytelling app for the US market.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the product roadmap for a mobile-first interactive storytelling app (US market, subscription model)
  • Ship features and UX/UI improvements using data, user insight, and fast iteration
  • Analyze usage and retention to identify product and content opportunities
  • Define content priorities (genres, formats, story types) based on market and performance
  • Coordinate story creation: research, briefs, titles, and creative direction
  • Evaluate new capabilities (e.g. audio) through research and validation
  • Work hands-on with developers and designers to deliver and QA releases
  • Share product insights and recommendations with leadership and creative teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in mobile consumer apps or subscription-based digital products
  • Strong track record of shipping features, improving UX/UI, and using data to drive product decisions
  • Skilled at analyzing app usage, retention, and market trends to guide product and content strategy
  • Comfortable defining priorities, coordinating content creation, and managing cross-functional releases

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with AI/LLM prompt engineering
  • Ability to work in code (light front-end or no-code tools)
  • Background in CRO / conversion optimization

What to expect:

  • You’ll join a small, friendly team where people are open, direct, and easy to work with.
  • We keep things practical — no heavy processes or unnecessary layers.
  • You’ll work with teammates who know their craft and care about doing things well.
  • We use solid, modern tools that actually help, not slow you down.
  • Team culture matters to us — workations, bike rides, game nights, lunches, and whatever else we decide to do together.
  • Salary for the role starts from €4000 gross, with the final offer based on your experience and seniority.
