Job title: Operational Risk Management Specialist

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Working model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote)

Contract length: 2 years


About the role:

A global Group Risk Management (GRM) function within a leading financial technology organization is seeking a Senior Specialist to support and further develop its Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCM) program.

This role reports into the Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management and works cross-functionally across the organization to ensure consistent adoption of BCM policies, processes, and best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global business functions to maintain and evolve the enterprise-wide Business Continuity & Crisis Management program
  • Support the development of BCM strategies, plans, tools, and methodologies to strengthen resilience and recovery capabilities
  • Manage BCM lifecycle activities including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), plan reviews, testing, and ongoing maintenance
  • Develop and deliver BCM and Crisis Management training and communications across the organization
  • Design, facilitate, and debrief crisis simulations and mock exercises
  • Maintain and update Crisis Management procedures in line with business requirements
  • Aggregate and analyze BCM data to deliver actionable insights to senior management
  • Support preparation of reports for management, risk committees, and governance forums
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Information Security, Supplier Risk Management, and other assurance functions
  • Actively engage with peers across the global risk community to ensure alignment, consistency, and visibility of key risks and initiatives


Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in Business Continuity and/or Crisis Management
  • Experience in operational risk management, technology risk, or operational resilience is highly desirable
  • Exposure to BCM platforms and tools is a plus
  • Background in financial services, capital markets, or fintech preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across global teams
  • Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
