Task Responsibilities:

Support our Material Management department:
- Collecting and analyzing data to establish KPI’s related to Inventory Management
- Leading and participating to specific projects related to supply chain risk monitoring and stock optimization
- Being the escalation point for Material Planning and Inventory Control team during Supervisor's absence
- Participating in Projects and Business Case elaboration for stock upgrade approvals by ExCom
- Reviewing and analyzing reports to anticipate low stock situations
- Pro-active review of zero stock situations
- Ensuring that follow-up’s on outstanding parts have been performed
- Communicating with Material Repair and Purchasing departments to expedite critical orders for parts having low or zero stock
- Monitoring requirements for stock upgrades based on repair parts exceeding the TAT (Turnaround time) (internal/external repairs)
- Optimizing repairables inventory levels based on maintenance requirements, usage and all available data
- Optimizing consumables inventory levels based on maintenance requirements, usage and all available data
- Pro-active optimization of expendables stock based on forecast
- Abnormal usage analysis & follow-up
- Analyzing parts requirements for fleet phase-in
- A/C material phase out plan and surplus identification
- Identifying surplus and obsolete material as per existing procedures
- Possess a Master degree (or equivalent education) in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, inventory management, procurement, supply chain management, business administration).
- A first experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
- Have excellent analysis mindset and knowledge in Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, functions, pivot tables, etc.). SQL and PowerBI would be a plus.
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English; other languages are considered as an advantage.
- Be a team player but also capable of working independently when required.
- A previous experience with Amos and Trax softwares will be considered an advantage.
- Full time, temporary position based in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
