We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist (Case Manager) to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, manage case-specific processes, and contribute to enhancing the JetBrains employee experience.

As Part Of Our Team, You Will

  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment agreements, amendments, and employer statements.
  • Manage and support sickness cases, ensuring proper compliance and care.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to provide new colleagues with a seamless start.
  • Act as a key contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate on local and global HR projects and initiatives to drive improvements.
  • Optimize operational HR processes to support the company’s rapid growth.
  • Maintain and administer accurate records in the HR system.
  • Provide timely input to the payroll team for accurate processing.

We’d love to have you on our team if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, particularly in case management and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases, with experience in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools (HiBob preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in English, with Dutch language skills being a major advantage.
  • A proactive, independent mindset combined with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
