Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to integrate one of our teams working fully remotely for international clients across The Netherlands, Germany and other European locations.

You will participate on the implementation of scalable AI solutions for one of our strategic clients. This role involves building intelligent systems that transform data and models into real business impact, leveraging modern cloud-native architectures and cutting-edge AI technologies.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operationalise AI-driven solutions using platforms such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric;
• Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring;
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG pipelines, predictive models, automation) into new and existing applications;
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to deliver end-to-end AI products.

What you are like

• Proficient in Databricks and Microsoft Azure services (Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services);
• Skilled in Python (including libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy) and SQL;
• Experienced with modern ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace) and vector database technologies;
• Strong understanding of data engineering and MLOps tooling (Spark, MLflow, Kafka, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes);
• Knowledgeable in machine learning fundamentals, LLM integration, embeddings, and model deployment;
• Fluency in English.
