What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master

• Expertise in product backlog management and backlog refinement techniques

• Ability to create clear, concise and value-driven Product Backlog Items (PBI)

• Strong understanding of empirical product development and product planning

• Experience supporting and coaching the Product Owner to maximize product value trough backlog management

• Experience facilitating Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective)

• Experience coaching team in non-mature Agile/Scrum environments

• Ability to ensure well-facilitated Scrum ceremonies ad drive continuous improvement actions

• Fluency in English and Portuguese [at least B2 level]

Important:

This position is following a hybrid regime, 2 to 3x/week, in Alfragide. Candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered.
