Job Description:

The Senior Manager HR will oversee and manage comprehensive Human Resource functions across the CIS and Europe regions. The role encompasses strategic and operational HR leadership, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.

Additionally, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in enhancing employer branding, managing variable compensation/incentive programs, and acting as a key HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business goals in the dynamic transport and logistics sector.

Experience:

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role in transport/logistics or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country HR operations and variable compensation programs.
• Expertise in employer branding, HRBP activities, and compliance with regional labour laws.
