The Project

As an IT CRM Product Owner, you manage the product backlog, ensure alignment between business needs and IT teams, and promote Agile/Scrum best practices. You act as a key interface between CRM business teams, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the CRM product backlog in Jira to maximize business value.
• Collect, analyze, and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and urgency, and communicate impacts transparently to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers, Product Analysts, and Tech Leads to optimize delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews) in line with Scrum best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with CRM users across multiple brands and countries through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback loops.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to data protection standards across all CRM initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs, performing post-release analyses, and sharing lessons learned.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Data, UX/UI, etc.) to manage dependencies and deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay informed about CRM and marketing automation trends and proactively propose enhancements to improve campaign performance and user experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner IT / CRM or in a similar role, ideally within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Proficiency in Jira (backlog and sprint management) and Confluence (documentation).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working in international, multi-brand environments is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
• Analytical, value-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
