IS Compliance Operations Manager – IS

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our InfoSec Services Effectiveness team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business, using data analytics to enhance our information security services. Your insights will guide decisions on new or improved Information Systems (IS) solutions, driving continual service improvement.

The work model for the role is:

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Gathering and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of information security measures, providing regular reports to stakeholders to keep them informed.
  • Reviewing information security services documentation and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to enhance the delivery of services.
  • Analyzing information security spending, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, to ensure that resources are being used effectively and efficiently.
  • Developing financial forecasts for information security projects and initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting and planning.

InfoSec Services Effectiveness Manager


Qualifications For The Role

  • Proven analytical background, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and at least 8 years of professional experience (experience within ABB is preferred, 5+ years).
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Understanding of information security technologies, practices, and standards, and experience working with security tools and solutions.
  • Master’s degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or a related field.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge
