YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong project management experience in a technical, OT security-focused role, with a track record of leading successful security-related initiatives.
  • Proficiency in managing and documenting technologies, including creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and clear project documentation.
  • Experience with ITIL processes (incident, change, and release management) and familiarity with Agile methodologies for effective project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project requirements and progress.

It's not essential, but we appreciate it if you also have

  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Servers, networks, VLANs, and subnets
    • Microsoft Windows operating systems, including migration and transformation processes.
    • OT environments and emerging security technologies in this space.
YOUR TASKS

  • Lead and manage technical projects, focusing on Operational Technology (OT) security initiatives, such as:
    • Disaster recovery
    • Digital business continuity and in addition to initiatives such as Vulnerability management, SIEM, PAM, and other security initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for OT security projects.
  • Manage incoming service requests, incidents, and security alerts related to OT security tooling. Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to these tools.
  • Oversee the resolution of security alerts in cloud environments and on-premise systems, ensuring timely mitigation and response.
  • Ensure quality assurance (QA) on systems and software implementation, specifically around security controls and configurations, in collaboration with the technical engineering team.
  • Optimize operational processes, driving continuous improvement in OT security operations by collaborating with specialized teams.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing service delivery, defining project requirements, and ensuring alignment with the broader IT and OT security strategy.
