Your Role:

• Design and deploy at least two PACO nodes independently;
• Review and validate Technical Solution Documents (TSD), identifying gaps and risks, and communicate findings to Presales and other stakeholders;
• Ensure software compatibility checks and report any deviations;
• Create and present High-Level Design (HLD) to the customer;
• Prepare CIQ based on HLD, dimensioning, and customer inputs;
• Develop Low-Level Design (LLD) according to HLD and CIQ;
• Generate data fill/backfill based on LLD/CIQ using available automation tools;
• Validate Method of Procedure (MOP) for project activities;
• Prepare migration and go-live strategies in alignment with TPM and customer;
• Maintain design changes throughout the project lifecycle;
• Analyze design and implement changes from SU perspective;
• Perform bug scrubbing before node go-live;
• Create functional and non-functional ATP Test Object Lists (TOL) in collaboration with the customer;
• Provide troubleshooting support to SE and analyze traces;
• Document project lessons learned and share knowledge through KT sessions;
• Capture lessons learned in LL tool;
• Support team members when needed and practice internal JIRA processes.

Your Profile:

• Strong expertise in telecom core network design and deployment, with hands-on experience on at least two PACO nodes;
• Solid understanding of HLD, LLD, CIQ preparation, and migration strategies;
• Proficiency in software compatibility checks and troubleshooting;
• Experience with automation tools for data fill/backfill;
• Ability to validate MOPs and ensure smooth project execution;
• Strong analytical skills for design changes and bug scrubbing;
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and knowledge sharing;
• Familiarity with ATP TOL creation and trace analysis;
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members;
• Knowledge of JIRA and project documentation best practices.
