What you will do:
• Project Management
o Act as project manager or project management support for selected projectso Coordinate internal stakeholders
o Track project timelines, risks, milestones, and deliverableso Support investment decision processes and internal approvals
• Strategic & Business Development Support
o Support strategic projects for the European regiono Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making
o Prepare business cases, strategic assessments, and executive presentations
o Support scenario analysis and strategic options evaluation
• Transversal & Cross-Functional Topics
o Contribute to transversal initiatives across the European organizationo Assist in defining and improving processes, governance, and reporting frameworks
o Provide ad-hoc analytical support to senior management
o Participate in high impact projects, from strategy challenge & design to implementation & execution monitoring.
o Work alongside other EDP Europe departments to design and accelerate their strategic priorities.

What we are looking for:
- Outstanding academic performance in bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in management, Economics, Finance Engineering or similar;
- Preference for 1-2 years of working experience, with exposure to multi-disciplinary project teams, preferably in consulting and/or corporate strategy functions (candidates with no work experience can also be considered based on outstanding academic and non-academic CV);
- Spanish and English, spoken and written (mandatory); Portuguese (strong advantage)
- Good problem-solving skills, critical and constructive thinking;
- Ability to synthesize complex information
- Solid PowerPoint / Excel capabilities
- Analytical skills and structured though process, willingness to challenge the status quo and to propose creative solutions;
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, team work-oriented;
