We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support a scalable and secure enterprise-wide network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical network systems, while leading network architecture initiatives and supporting ongoing growth.


This position is ideal for a hands-on network professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to infrastructure reliability.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and support enterprise-wide network architecture
  • Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity and latency issues
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network security components
  • Analyze network capacity requirements and plan for scalability and future growth
  • Lead network-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure redesigns
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for network outages and performance degradation
  • Develop and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and configuration standards
  • Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure network compliance, resilience, and protection


Requirements


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure
  • Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and network security principles
  • Strong experience with Cisco network hardware and configuration management
  • Proven experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning in distributed environments
  • Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, QoS, and related networking protocols
  • Ability to architect scalable, resilient, and high-availability network solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
