Job Summary

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will join Enqlare at the very start of building our new platform, giving you the opportunity to contribute from day one. You’ll actively participate in our ongoing tech migration while also developing new functionality. The role requires a balance of migration tasks—such as refactoring existing services to Golang and integrating Podman/Alpine environments—and hands-on frontend development using HTMX. You’ll need solid Linux experience and strong coding skills in languages like C/C++ or embedded systems backgrounds particularly valued for their structured, problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the migration of our SaaS solution to the new stack, including code porting and testing in Golang and Alpine Linux.
  • Develop robust frontend features using HTMX for interactive, single-tenant user interfaces.
  • Integrate frontend with backend services, ensuring compatibility in a distributed environment.
  • Use Ansible for automation tasks during migration and deployment.
  • Monitor system performance with Grafana and optimize as needed.
  • Collaborate on code reviews, debugging, and agile sprints in Linux-based setups.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional development experience.
  • Proficiency in coding with Golang, C, C++, or similar; embedded systems experience appreciated for structured thinking. No Java required.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Linux environments (e.g., server management, scripting).
  • Hands-on knowledge of frontend tools like HTMX and backend concepts in distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Podman preferred) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior involvement in tech migrations or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with monitoring dashboards in Grafana.
  • Strong debugging skills in multi-tenant or distributed architectures.

What We Offer

  • A hands-on role in a high-impact migration project where your work will directly shape the future of our platform.
  • The opportunity to work in a small, pragmatic, and highly focused team that values practical solutions over process overhead.
  • Close collaboration with very senior developers, providing strong technical mentorship and daily knowledge sharing.
  • A friendly, supportive, and transparent team culture with short decision paths and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Real influence over implementation details from an early stage of the new platform.
  • Office in central Stockholm.
