We’re looking for the best people to join us on our journey. Right now, we’re searching for a HR Coordinator. This a 12 months parental leave cover placed in our Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?
The role
Role
As an HR coordinator you are involved in the whole employee life cycle and have an active role in simplify processes to ensure operational excellence. You make it easy to convey information with a people first manner and a hands-on approach to inquiries or requests within the HR domain. The role will include but not limited to:
- Create and manage HR documents, contracts, and approval workflows.
- Maintain accurate employee data and process changes in HR systems.
- Handle HR service desk requests and support employees and managers via email, phone, or in person.
- Support audits and ensure compliance, including GDPR.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and service delivery through ideas and knowledge sharing.
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:
- You have a bachelors degree in a related field and ≈1+ years of HR experience, preferably an administrative role (includes part-time or student roles).
- You can work independently and have a hands-on and a pro-active attitude.
- Knowledge of common HR areas and processes.
- You are service minded and have structured work habits, been able to coordinate complex process flows and deliver administrative services with high quality.
- You are a team player who is humble, cooperative and with the interpersonal skills necessary to build and maintain positive relationships with your team, co-workers and external partners.
- Comfortable working in both Swedish and English.
- Strong communication skills.
