Experience & Certification

8–10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile practices and frameworks.

SAFe Certified (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master).

Team Facilitation & Development

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning.

Foster self-organizing, autonomous teams focused on continuous improvement.

Support synchronization of work across multiple teams and units.

Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress and development.

Agile Coaching & Methodology

Promote Agile values and principles across the organization through training, workshops, and coaching.

Provide methodological support in Agile practices and frameworks.

Extend Agile knowledge and maturity within the organization.

Communication & Collaboration

Build and maintain positive relationships based on cooperation and trust.

Encourage open communication and proactive problem-solving.

Provide objective feedback to teams and stakeholders.

Metrics & Reporting

Monitor and interpret Agile metrics across squads to assess performance and guide improvements.

Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and team development.
