We are looking for skillful Web Frontend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Our tech stack is built around React, Node.js, and TypeScript. We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions.

Salary: PLN 6.000 - 9.000 + VAT (B2B); PLN 6.000 - 7.400 brutto (UZL)

Your future tasks and duties:

  • Develop and maintain React.js applications
  • Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience
  • Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
  • Participate in code reviews - giving and receiving feedback constructively
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features
  • Document your work and contribute to team knowledge base
  • Continuously expand technical skills with mentor support


About you - Tech skills & Experience:

  • 1 year of commercial experience in web development
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with React.js ecosystem (hooks, state management)
  • REST API integration and basic build tools configuration
  • Uses AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity while critically evaluating outputs
  • Open-minded to new challenges (TypeScript, React frameworks like Next.js or Remix, etc.) with company coherency in mind


About you - Soft skills:

  • Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the business value of your work
  • Proactive in communication - shares progress and asks for help when needed
  • Embraces feedback as learning opportunities and comfortable admitting knowledge gaps
  • Open-minded about learning new frameworks and technologies
  • Interest in backend technologies and aspiration towards fullstack development
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • English B2+ for international collaboration
  • Polish C1 for daily team communication
  • Ready to work closely with mentors while gradually building independence


Nice to have:

  • Modern meta-frameworks (for example: TanStack Start, Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit)
  • Cloud services understanding (AWS, serverless)
  • Docker basics, CI/CD pipelines
  • Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
