Join Us as a Web3 Community Manager 💼

Are you passionate about Web3 and gaming communities? We're looking for a Web3 Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gaming community, from hosting discussions to managing a team of moderators. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth interactions, fostering engagement and implementing strategies to keep the community active and thriving.

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 8 000 - 10 000 net PLN monthly or $2 000 - $2 500 net monthly, depending on your experience.

You can work 100% remotely, but we’d be delighted if you visited our office in Warsaw occasionally.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Managing daily community operations: Moderation, interaction, and engagement with community members.
  • Recruiting and managing moderators: Recruiting, onboarding, and training community moderators, as well as assigning tasks and responsibilities to them.
  • Monitoring moderator activities: Regularly tracking moderators' activities, evaluating their effectiveness, and ensuring they adhere to established rules and procedures.
  • Managing discussions and interactions within the community: Resolving issues, answering community questions, moderating discussions, and ensuring a positive atmosphere.
  • Monitoring engagement metrics: Tracking and analyzing community engagement levels, such as the number of active users and other relevant metrics, to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product teams: Working with teams to provide feedback from the community, promote marketing initiatives, and ensure user communication aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Analyzing trends and best practices: Keeping up with the best practices in Web3 community management and implementing innovative solutions to improve user experience.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Proven experience in managing and growing online communities, especially within the Web3 and gaming space.
  • Proficient in using platforms like Telegram, Discord, or other community management tools to interact with community members and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Web3 technologies, decentralized communities, blockchain, and the gaming industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with community members, resolve conflicts and moderate discussions.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in tracking and analyzing community engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies for better interaction.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, and other teams to align community efforts with company goals and initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new trends in Web3 and gaming, and creativity in implementing initiatives to keep the community engaged.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
