If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with minimum 5 years of similar experience (assisting C-level)
- Experienced in interfacing with all levels of internal/external professionals, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements and coordinating events
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, disciplined for follow-up; ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details;
- Flexible and easily adaptable to changing priorities; proactive with result orientation
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
- Fluent written and verbal English and Turkish
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;
- Provide direct administrative support to the executives, including scheduling and agenda management, documentation and minutes, booking travel, and managing communications
- Prioritize events and meetings on the Head of Executive’s calendar; help ensure effective use of /her time; brief the Head of Executive’s for events and meetings, compiling background information for daily scheduling demands
- Prepare for management team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and drafting meeting minutes with the key points
- Communicate on the Head of Executive’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally
- Support Head of Executive’s external commitments (for external boards, committees and other groups)
- Set up in-person and virtual meetings ensuring meeting space availability, preparing meeting materials, logistics; schedule conference and video calls/rooms/lines
- Draft business letters, documentation and necessary presentations
- Ensure and maintain the strictest adherence to corporate and staff confidentiality
- Ensure good understanding of the Head of Executive’s and team strategy and relevant goals, looking for opportunities to add value; implement systems procedures to improve business functionality
