As the owner of the end-to-end Merchant Invoicing experience within the Hepsiburada MP domain, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, transparent, and compliant invoicing,settlement, and payment processes for merchants.

The role requires a strong merchant-centric mindset to identify merchant needs and pain points and translate them into simplified, trustworthy invoicing and payment solutions. You will own invoice creation, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and settlement visibility, while working closely with finance, accounting, legal, operations, support, data, UX, and engineering teams.

The goal is to improve efficiency in invoicing and settlement processes, reduce manual effort and support needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and increase overall merchant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably across invoicing, settlement, payments, financial tooling, or merchant-facing B2B platforms.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling merchant-facing features with measurable impact on activation, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Ability to define and clearly communicate the product vision and strategy, using key metrics such as, financial self-service adoption, merchant NPS, merchant engagement, and support ticket trends.
• Experience managing products through all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring coherence and quality across both mobile and desktop merchant experiences.
• Highly analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to build measurement frameworks that assess the impact of mobile features and onboarding flows, enabling informed and effective decision-making.
• Advanced level of English proficiency is a must.
