What is the Summary of This Position?

In this role, the purpose is to identify, evaluate, and support business development, licensing, contract manufacturing, investment, and partnership opportunities; contribute to product launches and supply readiness; and support strategic growth, profitability, and expansion initiatives, and this role will be reporting to the International Markets Business Development Manager.


Which Profile Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field,
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.


What You'll Be Doing?

  • Manage the end-to-end process from product identification to market launch, including interdepartmental coordination and close collaboration with business units to ensure launch readiness; request and follow up on required documentation, samples, and materials from suppliers,
  • Identify and evaluate business development opportunities such as in-licensing, co-marketing, contract manufacturing, technology transfer, and license acquisition in alignment with the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term strategies, in cooperation with R&D and Strategy teams,
  • Monitor innovative products, therapies, and technologies in Turkey and globally; lead opportunity assessment processes including quotation collection, executive approval workflows, and agreement management,
  • Manage relationships with existing licensors and contract manufacturing partners; monitor current agreements, support the initiation of new agreements when required, and contribute to effective contract lifecycle management,
  • Improve the profitability of licensed and contract-manufactured products by negotiating discounts, revising commercial terms, and/or identifying alternative suppliers in response to changing market conditions,
  • Support and ensure the supply quality of newly licensed and contract-manufactured products in close cooperation with external purchasing, importing, and planning departments,
  • Evaluate new investment and funding projects (e.g., new technologies, new business lines, production capabilities) and prepare comprehensive analyses, business cases, and presentations for executive decision-making,
  • Conduct evaluations and prepare commercial offers for investments in new production technologies, license transfer opportunities (single product or product portfolio acquisitions), and technology-driven growth initiatives,
  • Identify, evaluate, and perform pre-analyses for potential M&A opportunities and new market entries; prepare initial assessments and proposals,
  • Develop and manage business relationships with new and existing contract manufacturing customers, including proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contribution to agreement execution and follow-up processes.
