Accountabilities
- Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Evaluate carrier relationships and market placement for commercial insurance products
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
- Research and implement solutions tailored to client needs
- Lead daily interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Consult with customers using your subject matter expertise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve internal goals and client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years in Property and Casualty insurance
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with Agency Management Systems
- Preferred industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
