How You Will Create An Impact

  • Prepare, maintain and further develop global HR reports and dashboards
  • Support the definition, harmonization and monitoring of global HR KPI standards
  • Analyze complex HR datasets and provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting cycles
  • Build and improve Power BI dashboards for different stakeholder groups
  • Collaborate closely with local and global HR teams, Finance and Business Operations
  • Support ongoing projects (e.g., automation, digitalization, KPI optimization)
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and assist with system enhancements (SAP / SuccessFactors)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, HR, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Controlling, HR Analytics, or HR Reporting
  • Practical experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors
  • Solid skills in Power BI and strong proficiency in Excel
  • High affinity for working with data, systems, and dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an international environment
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to present findings clearly
  • Fluent English; German is a strong plus
  • Proactive, structured, reliable, and collaborative working style
