About The Role
Join our Kraków team as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering IT and business projects within global digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on ERP integration stability and collaboration between IT and Finance teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Monitor progress and prepare stakeholder reports.
- Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestone delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance on ERP integration and process improvements.
- Escalate issues and manage change effectively.
- Proven experience in IT project management (ERP experience preferred).
- Familiarity with development teams and IT product release cycles.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to escalate issues promptly.
- Availability for business travel
- Fluent in English.
- PMP or Agile certifications.
- Knowledge of SAP and Radius.
- Experience in IT projects for Finance.
- Background in manufacturing or packaging industry
