About The Role

Join our Kraków team as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering IT and business projects within global digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on ERP integration stability and collaboration between IT and Finance teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Monitor progress and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestone delivery.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on ERP integration and process improvements.
• Escalate issues and manage change effectively.
  
  

Our Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management (ERP experience preferred).
• Familiarity with development teams and IT product release cycles.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to escalate issues promptly.
• Availability for business travel
• Fluent in English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP and Radius.
• Experience in IT projects for Finance.
• Background in manufacturing or packaging industry
