We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team, focusing on networks and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud network infrastructure and Cisco on-prem infrastructure
• Ensure effective centralized DNS and DHCP management with BlueCat
• Manage DNS records across AWS Route 53, GCP Cloud DNS, Azure DNS, and integrate with on-premises BlueCat
• Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot to maintain high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions meeting business requirements
• Automate network tasks with scripting and tooling to increase efficiency
• Integrate cloud-native DNS solutions with enterprise infrastructure
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cloud networking and DNS management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in networking services, including Dynamic Routing, VPN and DNS
• Experience with Cloud/BlueCat servers and DNS management
• Experience working with Cisco hardware
• Proficiency in network security principles and practices
• Strong understanding of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
• IP Addressing & Subnetting expertise with IPv4, CIDR notation, and subnetting
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages such as Python
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools, including ELK and SolarWinds
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work remotely and participate in on-call rotation
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

• Cisco certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE
• Knowledge of cloud networking practices
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices
