Job Description
We are looking for experienced DevOps PaaS Engineers with strong expertise in CI/CD platforms, OpenShift administration, and cloud-native DevOps practices to support large-scale enterprise environments.
The role involves designing, automating, migrating, and managing DevOps PaaS platforms, supporting application teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage DevOps PaaS CI/CD pipelines
- Administer, install, automate, and manage large-scale OpenShift clusters
- Lead or support on-prem to public cloud migration initiatives
- Implement GitOps-driven configuration management and deployments
- Manage Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform and Ansible
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of platforms
- Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams
- Support enterprise platforms in production environments
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years (Technology Engineer) or 7+ years (Senior Technology Engineer) of relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience in:
- DevOps PaaS – CI/CD
- Jenkins (Groovy-based pipelines)
- OpenShift administration
- Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Terraform & Ansible
- GitOps
- Experience managing artifact and repository tools (Nexus, Red Hat Satellite/Spacewalk)
- Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, OCI)
- Experience comparing services across public cloud providers
- Knowledge of cloud adoption models, compute, storage, and networking
Strong scripting skills in:
- Groovy
- Bash / PowerShell
- Python
Infrastructure, Security & Networking Knowledge
- DNS (Authoritative & Non-Authoritative, Bind, Dynamic DNS, Forwarders)
- SSL/TLS (handshake, cipher suites, encryption algorithms)
- Certificates (SAN, mutual SSL, client authentication, keystores)
- Active Directory (OUs, security policies)
- Load balancers, firewalls, site selectors
- Vault tools (CyberArk / HashiCorp Vault)
- High availability architectures
- OS compliance policies (CIS Benchmarks)
- API communication (REST / SOAP)
