AI Chief of Staff / Projects Lead - Consultancy background needed, based in Abu Dhabi

We’re Hiring: Chief of Staff / AI Projects Lead for one of the leading FS companies.

We’re looking for a sharp, structured, senior operator to act as the right hand to our clients Chief AI Officer, driving the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI initiatives across the Group.

If you love turning complex ideas into clear plans, managing cross-functional delivery, and influencing senior stakeholders… this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the AI Hub agenda + executive planning cycles
• Manage timelines, milestones, resources & budgets across AI programs
• Provide clear updates on risks, blockers, KPIs & decisions
• Build high-impact presentations for senior leadership
• Shape culture, comms, offsites & team initiatives
• Support hiring and onboarding across AI programs

What You Bring

• 10+ years project/program management (AI, data, tech or consulting preferred)
• Strong experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows
• Bachelor’s degree (PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus)
