We are seeking a new Crew Coordinator to strengthen our regional Crewing team. As a crew coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating offshore personnel, where your duties will encompass, but are not limited to, manning designated vessels in accordance with applicable regulations, fostering and maintaining relationships with offshore personnel, preparing and adhering to vessel budgets, tracking accounting reports, and organizing substitute crews in cases of illness or absence. Furthermore, you will assist in the processing and organization of visa applications, work permits, and project-specific training.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that our vessels are manned in compliance with relevant legislation, company procedures and client requirements
- Ensure that specific client requirements are implemented in crew competence matrix
- Ensure all crew have valid employment contracts
- Ensure that crew on sick leave are followed up according to local legislation and individual contracts
- Support regional offices and other work tasks and responsibilities as required
- Bachelor's degree within human resource management, logistics, finance & administration or equivalent (Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education)
- Preferably three year experience in crewing or other relevant areas within the shipping industry
- Good written and oral communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
- Experience with OCS HR system would be highly desirable
- Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
- Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented

This role will be based in our office in Bergen or Storebø, depending on candidate
