Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles
• Assist with employee relations matters and promote a positive workplace culture
• Coordinate training, development, and engagement initiatives
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office / Google Workspace
