About the Role
This newly created role focuses on building and scaling core platform capabilities across backend services and frontend applications. You’ll contribute to clean architecture, modular system design, and high-performing user experiences.
This role suits a senior engineer who enjoys complex problem-solving, architectural influence, and mentoring, while remaining hands-on.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build backend services (microservices, APIs) and frontend features (dashboards, data-rich UIs)
- Collaborate with product and design to deliver performant, responsive applications
- Contribute to architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Improve system quality through refactoring, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
What You Bring
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong foundations in software architecture and clean system design
- C# and modern .NET (including .NET 8)
- RESTful APIs, microservices, async programming, messaging patterns
- Angular (17+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
- Modular, component-based UI development
- Relational and NoSQL data models, caching strategies
- Containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based services
Nice to Have
- Workflow-driven systems
- Secure coding or compliance exposure
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support software development (e.g., code assistance, testing, debugging, or documentation).
