Position Overview

The DevOps Manager will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our CI/CD infrastructure, cloud operations, and automation initiatives. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to manage a growing team of DevOps engineers while driving operational excellence and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
  • Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality and security standards
  • Manage cloud infrastructure across cloud infra (aws) ensuring reliability, cost optimization, and security compliance
  • Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) and configuration management tools
  • Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure system reliability and uptime
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement DevSecOps best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance the DevOps toolchain
  • Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure, tools, and team resources


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or related technical roles
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
  • Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, ELK stack)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud certifications
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps culture transformation
  • Experience scaling DevOps practices in high-growth or enterprise environments
