DevOps Engineer (6-Month Contract) – Oslo, Norway

Position: DevOps Engineer
Location: Oslo, Norway
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months (potential for extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Arrangement: Onsite in Oslo 2 days per week (must be currently based in Oslo)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Monitor and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
- Ensure robust security practices are implemented in all deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot issues across various platforms and environments.
- Provide input on architecture and infrastructure design.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or Shell).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
