Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in a highly collaborative, onsite environment. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching teams on Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring smooth execution of sprint commitments while fostering continuous improvement. This onsite Scrum Master role offers the opportunity to work closely with high-performing teams at customer, contributing to mission-critical initiatives within a stable, long-term investment management organization

Must-Have Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Experience working in an onsite delivery model
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or investment management environments
• SAFe or advanced Agile certifications
• Strong ability to coach teams through Agile maturity

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles and Agile best practices
• Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and engineering teams to ensure delivery alignment
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and Agile metrics
• Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
• Support Agile transformation initiatives as needed
