We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead the development and scaling of our CPaaS platform for world-wide market, using AI solutions. You will be the driving force behind our technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering culture combining deep technical expertise with business acumen and a passion for emerging technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who has already led complex, high-load platforms, used AI to develop new products, built and scaled engineering teams, and successfully launched products in the US and EU markets. Youll work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the future of our platform and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop 5 new products based on AI solutions.
• Define and execute the companys technology strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of a scalable CPaaS platform.
• Drive innovation through AI/ML, cloud-native solutions, and modern development practices.
• Lead DevOps, infrastructure, and high-load system performance.
• Conduct technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and hands-on code reviews when needed.
• Ensure platform and data security, compliance, system integrity, and DDoS resilience in line with industry standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-level engineering team.
• Set up and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and technical metrics to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage the budget and forecast the costs.

YOUR COMPETENCIES:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, product engineering, and technology leadership.
• Proven track record as CTO or similar technical leader position in international markets (US/EU).
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, Python, Java, Node.js, PHP (Laravel/Symfony), and modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB including query optimization, replication, and partitioning.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Deep understanding of microservices, CI/CD, monitoring, and high-availability and high-performance systems.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile.
• Experience with fintech, telecom, or CPaaS platforms is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• English at least B1
• Experience managing remote teams.
