Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, user needs, and company vision.
• Proactive Initiative Management: Proactively explore new opportunities to expand the product offering within the live-streaming ecosystem, driving innovation in a constantly evolving space.
• Feature Ownership: Oversee the full lifecycle of new features - from ideation and prioritization to specification and go-to-market execution.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data insights, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and enhance the user journey.
• Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics, track results, and iterate to continuously optimize product performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication of priorities and goals.
• Production-Focused Execution: Adopt a "ship-to-production" mindset, prioritizing speed, impact, and quality in every release.
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in fast-paced tech or consumer app environments.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products that drove measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to make clear, data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across disciplines.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker).
  
  
  

A plus: Experience in the gaming, social, or monetization industries, managing in-app purchases and virtual economies.
