Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a growth path to HR Business Partner to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping and scaling our people strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution and genuinely cares about building effective teams through transparent, well-structured HR processes. 


Responsibilities:

Current Focus — HR Manager:

  • Maintain and continuously improve automation of core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including:
  • Recruitment & Hiring (full cycle: workforce planning, vacancy intake, sourcing, interviews, selection, offers) 
  • Onboarding (pre-boarding, adaptation, probation support) 
  • Offboarding and employee lifecycle administration 
  • Monitor and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
  • Manage and support Company–Department–Individual objectives alignment and fulfillment
  • Manage and continuously improve a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee growth
  • Develop, implement, and oversee an annual Personal Development Program
  • Provide management with HR metrics, analytics, and decision-support insights
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all HR processes and practices

Growth Path — HR Business Partner:

  • Partnering with department heads to achieve business goals through people management.
  • Participating in business planning: workforce planning, succession planning, talent development.
  • Advising managers on team effectiveness, motivation, engagement, and retention.
  • Supporting change management and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Leveraging HR analytics for strategic decision-making.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience in international companies or healthcare / CRO sector is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation, and employee relations
  • Experience in automating HR processes 
  • Proven experience working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams 
  • Strategic thinking combined with a proactive, hands-on approach 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Full professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Candidate must be located in Ukraine.
