We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

This is your opportunity to lead analytics in a business that’s anything but one-dimensional:
- A diverse mix of paid and organic traffic sources;
- Multiple monetization models running in parallel — from subscription-based content to transactional consultations and e-commerce;
- A cross-platform product ecosystem (web + app) with active user flows between them.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders such as Growth and Creative Marketing Managers, the Martech Lead, and СMO, and collaborate with peers including the Product Analytics Lead and the Data Products Team. This role sits within a broader Analytics team that includes 14 analysts across various domains, as well as a Data Engineering Team.
Your impact:
- Take ownership of marketing analytics solutions, tools, and decision-making processes;
- Build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with key stakeholders;
- Ensure a predictable, efficient flow of high-impact deliverables from the marketing analytics team;
- Lead a team of three marketing analysts (mid-level and above), and grow the team to meet evolving business needs.
- Strong background in marketing analytics within paid growth-driven environments;
- 4+ years of hands-on analytics experience;
- 1+ year of people management experience;
- Sharp critical thinking with a focus on turning complexity into clear insights;
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills.
