Role: Fresher - Full Stack Engineer

Experience: 0 - 1 Year (Fresh Graduates / Entry-Level Engineers)

At Unico Connect, we build modern, AI-native products that solve real-world problems at scale. We are looking for curious, motivated Fresher Full Stack Engineers who are excited about building end-to-end web applications and growing into strong product engineers.

This role is designed for early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure to frontend, backend, databases, and AI-powered platforms, while working closely with experienced engineers and product teams.

What You Will Work On:

• Building user-facing features using React.js with a strong focus on usability and performance.

• Assisting in the development of backend services and APIs using Node.js.

• Working with PostgreSQL databases for data storage, queries, and basic optimizations.

• Integrating frontend components with backend services and APIs.

• Collaborating with senior engineers to understand system design, scalability, and best practices.

• Leveraging AI tools and platforms to accelerate development, debugging, and learning.

• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Debugging issues across the stack and learning structured problem-solving approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Working knowledge of React.js fundamentals (components, state, props, hooks).

• Basic understanding of Node.js and backend development concepts.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or relational databases.

• Understanding of REST APIs and client–server architecture.

• Interest in AI platforms, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-driven products.

• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Academic, personal, or internship projects using React, Node.js, or full stack technologies.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, or modern frontend tooling.

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as part of development or learning.

• Basic understanding of deployment, cloud platforms, or CI/CD concepts.
