We are seeking skilled Mobile App Developers with strong Android expertise to design and develop native applications for our US IT recruitment platform. Work onsite to build candidate job apps, recruiter dashboards, and client portals integrated with Spring Framework web services.

- Design and develop native Android applications with Web Services integration (Spring Framework)
- Build reusable code libraries and components for future projects
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs across Android devices
- Lead end-to-end development projects from requirement to deployment
- Implement mobile best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Integrate with REST APIs and enterprise backend systems
- Conduct mobile testing using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and QA
- Core: Android SDK, Core Java, OOPS concepts
- Backend Integration: Spring Framework, REST Web Services
- Web Tech: JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS
- Frontend: Ionic Framework, TypeScript, Angular 6+
- Database: MS SQL Server or Oracle (hands-on experience)
- Tools: Android Studio, Git, Gradle, Postman
- Experience: 2-3 years Android app development
- Strong Java fundamentals with Spring Framework expertise
- Ionic Framework for hybrid mobile development
- Excellent written/oral communication for US client interactions
- Project leadership experience
