We are looking for hands-on L2 Network Support Engineers with strong experience in enterprise data center and network operations.


Location: Av. Guarulhos, No. 3000, São Paulo, Brazil

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

English: Advanced (Mandatory)

On-call: Required as needed (outside scheduled shift)

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points (Cisco preferred).
  • Knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs.
  • Patch phone ports to switches as needed.
  • Troubleshooting of Avaya VoIP phones (basic configuration).
  • Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches and communicate with remote technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when required.
  • Good to have understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Management applications.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
  • Networking and operating system basics.
  • Assist network and data center admins (internal, customer, and vendor) during technical troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware such as servers and storage devices.
  • Ability to understand monitoring tool outcomes.
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 2003 Active Directory, MS Exchange 2003, and File/Print Servers.
  • Perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) services for data center and network equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in medium/large enterprise data centers or hosting environments.
  • Proficiency in the local language and mandatory communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work on-call when required.
