You’ll be joining a leading UK technology services provider known for delivering robust, secure and high-performing infrastructure solutions for major enterprise customers.
As a Network Engineer, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day network support for a key customer, resolving incidents, improving configuration, and ensuring their environment stays stable, secure and future-ready.
Why This Role Stands Out

• Real ownership of tickets, issues and improvements (no siloed support here)
• Hybrid working with a collaborative, highly capable engineering team
• Strong focus on training, development and building towards certifications (e.g., CCNA)
What You’ll Be Doing
• Owning and resolving customer tickets, meeting or exceeding SLAs
• Monitoring, diagnosing and improving network infrastructure
• Supporting senior engineers on wider project work
• Performing firmware/software upgrades and maintaining network documentation
• Using vulnerability tools to proactively protect customer environments
• Creating and executing CRQs in line with customer change processes
What You’ll Bring
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure
• Understanding of multi-vendor networking (Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper)
