HR Operations Specialist (Contract) - Palo Alto Networks

Role Description
● This role is a 6 months contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks.
● Location: Australia
● The ideal candidate will have valid work authorization to work within Australia This position is not eligible for any visa sponsorship.
Palo Alto Networks is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to work on HR Operations doing supporting ANZ HR Projects. This position will report to the Shanti Nallacheruvu and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.

Your Impact
- Ensure a best in class employee experience through our service culture defined by a strong dedication to understanding, appreciating, and supporting our employees.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Assisting with day-to-day HR operations and addressing basic HR queries from employees.
- Closely partnering with Local PBPs and key stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Preparing HR dashboards and reports.
- Prioritize creating outstanding experiences that foster trust and meaningful connections, empathy and operational excellence
- Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables
- Support multiple and concurrent ad hoc requests and regional projects for getting our HR Operations team, future ready.
- Provide employees with exceptional service regarding Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR related inquiries through resolution accountability
- Manages and provides early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and helps to implement long-term solutions.
- Perform other HR operational service delivery activities and tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and other tasks as assigned
- Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR system
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent of 2+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology organization or technology-related business, preferably with a multinational company (MNC).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including benefits, payroll, HR programs etc.
- Workday and ServiceNow experience is preferred.
- Experience analyzing organizational needs, set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced, developing environment
- Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions regionally and globally
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization
- High level of accuracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to address immediate employee needs while maintaining a view to long term goals and the organization’s vision and objectives with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, dynamic environment. Must be able to operate with minimal direction.
