We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Asset Management - Analytics & Insights team, supporting our retail, workplace and logistics asset classes. This permanent full-time role is based in our Sydney office and offers flexible working arrangements.

As part of a collaborative team of four, you will work closely with leasing, marketing, asset management and centre managers to deliver insights that drive performance and support income generation initiatives. This role is critical in helping the business understand key data such as retail sales, traffic and benchmarking, enabling better decision making and process improvement.


We're Looking For a...

Proactive and curious analyst who loves diving into data to uncover insights. Someone who enjoys problem solving, communicating findings clearly and contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis, including analysis and commentary.
  • Build dashboards and analytics to monitor performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support income generation initiatives and risk mitigation through data-driven insights.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support leasing, marketing and asset management teams.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting systems, processes and tools to enhance decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across development, leasing, marketing and asset management to ensure alignment and clarity of insights.



About You

You are detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about using data to solve problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver meaningful insights.


Experience & Skills That Count

  • Experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
  • Strong skills in Power BI for analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SQL and Python is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
  • Property or retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
