Responsibilities
- Design and operation for HR full functions，likewise Recruitment and Selection，Training and Development，Performance Management，Employee Relations，Compensation and Benefits.
- Draft various HR rules and regulations, and continuously optimize them later.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Excellent oral English, Mandarin is preferred.
- More than 5 years of HR work experience, Proficient in modern human resource management system, with working experience in large foreign-invested companies.
- Excellent leadership, stress resistance, logical thinking, communication and coordination skills.
