We are looking for an experienced Security Technician specialized in Microsoft security technologies to join a long-term project (minimum 2 years).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing security tools, monitoring alerts, implementing compliance policies, and contributing to continuous security improvements within the organization.

This position is 100% remote, working in Spain business hours (9~00–19~00 CET).

We are seeking someone proactive, analytical, and highly skilled in Microsoft’s security ecosystem.

Responsibilities~

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security Center, Intune, and Purview.
  • Configure and optimize Conditional Access within Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and perform remediation actions.
  • Implement compliance policies based on ENS and ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and evidence.
  • Participate in the definition and enforcement of security policies and standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Ensure data protection and alignment with corporate security frameworks.

Requirements~

  • 6+ years of experience in IT Security roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with~
  • Microsoft Defender (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud)
  • Microsoft Sentinel
  • Azure Security Center / Microsoft Security Center
  • Advanced knowledge of~
  • Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Conditional Access (Zero Trust approach)
  • Basic–intermediate experience with~
  • Compliance Manager
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Experience implementing or maintaining compliance frameworks (ENS, ISO 27001).
  • Basic English proficiency (B2).
  • Ability to work fully remote in Spain working hours.
  • Required infrastructure~ Windows laptop i7, 32 GB RAM (security configuration provided during onboarding).
