We are looking for an Time Scheduler (m/f/d) for our office in Raaba.
Your Tasks
- Elaboration and maintenance of overall and detailed time schedules, with continuous monitoring of the current status of engineering, deliveries, transport, erection, and commissioning
- Regular comparison of planned and actual figures (target/actual analysis)
- Immediate information to the Project Manager in case of any deviation from the schedule, and development of alternative solutions
- Supporting the Project Manager in controlling the project schedule
- Coordination of interfaces with design, purchasing, erection, and commissioning departments, as well as with suppliers
- Preparation of monthly progress reports as drafts for the Project Manager
- Consideration of contract changes and their impact on the schedule
- Material tracking and certificate management for piping and pressure parts
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (Technical College or University) in an appropriate engineering discipline
- Ability to independently develop an overall time schedule for the plant using PRIMAVERA P6 or MS Project
- Experience as a scheduler in the construction business, especially in plant engineering
- Construction site experience required
- Analytical thinking, conscientiousness, and a holistic approach to new tasks
- Good command of the German and English languages

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.802,93 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer you a market-based overpayment.
