In this role, you’ll lead the development and lifecycle management of innovative product solutions in line with segment strategy and customer needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a global impact by identifying market-specific customer needs, managing product portfolios, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve growth and profitability goals.
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer needs and provide insights to shape innovation.
- Manage product development, from conception to market introduction and phase-out.
- Optimize product margins and drive global portfolio growth through strategic initiatives.
- Monitor global product success and provide data-driven input to forecasting processes.
- Contribute to international strategic planning and market growth efforts.
- Proven international experience in product management within the construction (B2B) industry.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent project management capabilities.
- Expertise in building robust business cases and monitoring key financial metrics.
- Solid technical knowledge with a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Fluency in English.
