We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, administering, and optimizing modern infrastructures across virtualized, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and secure systems from architecture to operations.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer passionate about infrastructure, virtualization, and modern DevOps‑oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive, administer, and optimize virtualized environments (VMware vSphere, Proxmox)
• Manage and supervise backup & restoration strategies with Veeam
• Administer Windows Server and Linux Server infrastructures
• Deploy, maintain, and support containerization and orchestration solutions (Kubernetes)
• Manage and support Windows Workstation environments
• Administer network equipment (Cisco) and security solutions (Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Manage Active Directory, GPO policies, and the overall Microsoft environment
• Supervise and maintain server and storage hardware, including Fiber Channel technologies
• Administer infrastructure management tools such as SCCM and checkMK
• Participate in technical evolution projects and contribute to continuous technology watch
• Ensure L2/L3 support, perform in‑depth troubleshooting, and resolve complex incidents
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives (CI/CD, automation) is a significant plus

Qualification

• Senior profile with 8 to 15 years of experience in system and infrastructure engineering
• Strong expertise in virtualization, OS administration, networking, and storage
• Experience with VMware, Proxmox, backup solutions, and monitoring tools
• Solid understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and automation workflows
• Knowledge of security principles and enterprise network environments
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, scripting, automation) is a strong asset
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in technical teams
• Fluency in French, with English as a strong asset
