We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Legal to join our European crypto project — a fast-growing ecosystem providing blockchain-based financial services, exchange, and payment solutions. The role involves leading the legal department, ensuring compliance with European regulations, and supporting strategic business development in the cryptocurrency industry.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the legal team across EU operations.

– Ensure full compliance with MiCA, AML/CTF, GDPR, and other relevant EU financial regulations.

– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and investor documentation.

– Advise management on corporate structure, licensing, and risk mitigation strategies.

– Supervise legal due diligence for token listings, exchange operations, and payment integrations.

– Coordinate communication with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.

– Monitor regulatory developments and implement internal policies accordingly.

– Report directly to top management and participate in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

– Master’s degree in Law (LL.M or equivalent).

– 5+ years of experience in fintech, blockchain, or financial law.

– Strong knowledge of EU crypto regulations (MiCA, AMLD5/6, GDPR).

– Proven leadership experience in managing a legal or compliance team.

– Excellent command of English (additional European languages are a plus).

• Russian or Ukrainian will be as advantage

– Strong attention to detail and the ability to make balanced legal and business decisions.
