Early stage deeptech startup CTO
We’re a deep-tech startup developing regenerative, non-wood feedstocks for fiber-based packaging.
Our approach combines multiple phytoremediative plants within a single material system, where plant components contribute both to the structural matrix and functional binding.
We’re working on molded fiber packaging, but with a strong focus on material–process co-design to achieve performance beyond existing benchmarks.
We’re looking to connect with experienced material or process specialists (prior experience with wet forming, molded fiber, pulp behaviour, respective) who enjoys early-stage problem-solving and fast iteration cycles.
At this stage the main task is to take ownership and perform hands-on work with the practical exploratory technical development, testing and conversations.
Location: Espoo / Helsinki area (hybrid, flexible).
